I rent STR mostly through airbnb which acts as a rental manager and I have an assistant that I personally hired to flip/clean the units and also on site for renovations.

I’d be miserable if I had to drive in traffic to LB every week to clean trash.

Get your credit cleaned up, ditch the car payment and find a side hustle to grow capital. 

All your accountant cares about is seeing a clean profit and loss statement.

Many folks would I bet Personally, I have no price and prefer sleeping well at night haha  Jay knows an instance where my company was printing money “cleanly” but where in bed with an operator that wasn’t legit.Cut ties and cost us probably millions in doing so…

Following dinner my partner and I went to tend to a B&B guest and one of the friends “cleaned up dinner”.

It took about 15k to clean, paint and band-aid the property to the point where we could fire sale it.

Can you imagine taking a couple days off work, looking for a new place, paying for new applications, putting down deposits, renting a moving truck, finding friends to help you move, paying to clean your old place, and so on to “Save” $300/yr?
