Going to be listing a new property soon by Lake Winnisquam in NH and Im looking for some recommendations /referrals for photographers & cleaners that specialize in ABnb / vacation rental property listings.Ideally they would have a lot of experience with short term rentals for both since they are much different than residential house cleanings and regular real estate photography for MLS listing.Anything helps!

I’m seeing that property crime is pretty high and since I’m an out of state investor, I would have a hard time keeping an eye on the ground besides cleaners/handymen between stays. 

Having a dedicated code for cleaners or other service personnel would be great too.

Each place takes quite a bit of work to get going ....finding the right contacts....handyman, cleaners, etc.

This is the first step to a cleaner, tidier park. 

I use ResortCleaning to automate things with my cleaners.

The cleaners rarely need to bleach them but they can if needed.
