Tenancies are subject to your removal so if there are squatters, good luck.People usually look to foreclosures because they think they are cheaper, but foreclosure buying is not for amateurs.

One thing you might think of doing is having and promoting your own website to avoid the exhorbitant fees charged by the third party sites such as Expedia, Booking.com and Air BnB.  

While fees are pretty similar between custodians, read the fee schedules carefully as there are sometimes others fees charged that aren't readily discernible.Good luck and happy holidays!

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

When I pointed that out, they suggested I instead setup my credit card as a vendor, and enter each charge as a bill, which would then fix the assets and liabilities issue.
