Can you get away with sheet vinyl floors or do you need high quality vinyl plank flooring, or expensive ceramic tile and hardwood floors.

Most of my rentals here in the Berwyn and Cicero area have tiles, so I am very familiar with ceramic and porcelain tiles for surrounds.

We have finished the renovations on these units taking them down to bare studs with fresh new sheet rock, ceramic tile flooring, new kitchen cabinets, built in microwave and dishwasher.
