Valet parking has been suspended indefinitely.

But I also believe that we will continue to be indefinitely at this point. 

I plan to hold the property for indefinitely, just need the cashflow.

This time it's health related with broad shut-downs occurring for indefinite periods and no way to know how long before it improves, like the problems of an economic crisis and hurricane FEMA-type situation combined. 

I sense this current "not quite hysteria" we're experiencing will taper off soon, but if not, I don't see it lasting indefinitely.  

@Richard Hipp  Have you thought about asking your sister if she will finance or if she wants to be partners on the rental...either indefinitely or until you can get financing.

Prices will drop a bit to bring more reality to the frame, but 2008-style discounts aren't likely, in my opinion, unless this crisis drags on indefinitely, which I don't think anybody expects that it will. 

All of my favorite local REI meetings have either been canceled indefinitely, or their switching to virtual meetings. 

.#3 - In the meantime, I should probably consider hiring a property management company for the interim, and maybe retain their services indefinitely.

I agree with other comments that this is a real hardship and that people are not going to put up with it indefinitely.
