The deal sounds fine overall as long as they are in good shape and you can move and rent them on your existing land, but do you want more mobile homes?

And in second, setting up a "plan Z" where if all else fails what does get "burned to the ground" is replaceable, and the wealth center is protected on it's "asset island". 

I can understand the temptation of wanting more rent from your multifamily home however I would add this to your train of thought:What would happen if your tenant in your illegal basement unit burned down the house which caused another tenant to get hurt or even die?

At various times during the past 25 years he “specialized” in oil and gas drilling, franchise sales, surgical center investments, office centers, start up incubators, vitamins, mobile washing equipment, cemetery syndications, residential mortgage brokerage, commercial mortgage brokerage, insurance as an investment, long term care insurance, and property development in Mexico.

A neighbor finds out he is living there with a simple online search and burns your house down3 A neighbor tells the local news channel and they show your house on the nightly news 4 A neighbor find out you are the owner with a simple online search and they begin harassing you and your family where you live. 

The burning question is: do you own rental properties?

From my own eyes redacted took a 2 week break while a new studio was being built, during that time Clayton did mobile shows and we noticed European plates on cars then freeway signs from the interstate system, I am very familiar with these we lived there for 65 years, tune in to redacted on you tube, they talk about living in Portugal and no longer do.

i was thinking of putting a couple mobile homes on it and renting them out or any other ideas ?
