Looks like HUD might be looking to make Section 8 and Housing Vouchers less difficult to accept by initiating listening sessions across the country. 

I’ve attended the free 2 hour session.

Landlord, Jeffrey Taylor, is adamant that the speakers provide good value and learning experiences during their session. 

I can't speak for the rest of the country, but around here, people usually don't like to move during periods when school is in session, because they don't want to uproot their kids and have them start mid year in a new school. 

I have started my pre-licensing coursework for becoming a Buyer's Agent in Arizona, so looks like I need to invest in some kind of Rum delivery service for my study sessions!

Have an agenda ready, even if the agenda is only going around the room for introductions and then an open Q&A session and discussion.

Yesterday it came out that they're now possibly proposing the site for a future casino, if the Georgia legislature approves 3 casino/gambling sites for Georgia at the next session.

I think this legislative session may make that advice all the more commonplace.
