Like contact cases, wrapped toothbrushes among other things.They do get used and I am sure they are appreciated.They might not state it in their 5 star review, but I am betting that it creates positive thoughts and that helps the reviews.

I am betting for the appreciation of the house in the next years because I don't think I can cash flow in the first years.  

Plus I bet the contract calls for mandatory mediation.. if the parties cant agree..

Ive seen what you do and I bet you guys are just over thinking this. 

The settl4ement was private, but I bet it was at least $400k knowing the attorney's involved, maybe more. 

I would say anytime you can add value in real estate through taking a distressed property and fixing it up and adding value it is a good choice whether its for investment or primary ownership purposes.

I'm willing to bet that there are more instances of contractors burning investors than the other way around.

all confused how all of a sudden there down so much and as things recover, well, there still down because there at 1:5 and it ain't coming back any time soon if ever. 

Your best bet are still the Townships - they have the best schools in the county with the least restrictions.
