What I do, is have my virtual assistants trained to build my VD4D lists, so that even when I'm sleeping, they are using Batch, Deal Machine or even just Google Earth and a spreadsheet to build lists of houses that look a bit neglected.

It's where you are looking at homes off of Google Street view, and those platforms can quickly pull up the owner information, etc, and once you have created a list, you can export it so that you can batch skip trace it, then cold call on it or text blast, send letters, etc.
