I’m helping a client right now who recently sold their property in Cleveland because of water in the basement that would have cost $30k to fix, wiping out like 100 years of projected cash flow for them.

Effectively, this wipes out every penny I made from ALL of the investments on their platforms over the past 2 years.Of course there is risk. 

We are already 1 MM senior housing units short as it is and we are not even in close to peak demand as Baby Boomers will continue to age for decades to come.

@John DeanIf it’s going to be owner occupied then you should use a loan servicer as its required by law in most states and for every incorrect statement you send every month you are committing CFPB violations and if the borrower defaults you are technically not allowed to collect interest - in some states if they have a good attorney and default they could wipe you out in legal fees…My bigger question is why would you seller finance?
