Curious if anyone has experience with Tax auction properties.....

I learned this one from (now disgraced) real estate mentor John BeckWhat John used to do was go to tax auctions, and buy the odd, probably worthless lots nobody wanted.  

I’d appreciate your insights on this matter.Best,   You know this is a pretty interesting point, We contracted a service to help us with all this and I did ask this question, and I was told that Tax Liens sold in auction did not have the ability to reclaim the debt. 

If you're talking about Sheriff Sale you will need to go to the County Clerk and see where they handle the auctions.
