The property has an amazing creek canyon (attached photo) is 5 miles from all the major attractions to Yosemite, and 7 miles from a lake.

It amazes me the nice cars, clothes, and general stuff that my renters have compared to what I own. 

I'm amazed that hasn't occurred to more professionals in the business, but there's a reason why the borrowers are being forced to lie.

They also have a TON of amazing educational content which is helpful since I'm working to figure out how to tap into my IRA to purchase more real estate.They’re also great if you’re into diversifying - like with real estate or other alternative investments.
