@Bendy HiraHi Bendy are you talking about hot water heater tanks or actual drinking water supply tanks? 

Have you given any thought to things like percent of sales you will charge, what types of foods each truck can have (don't want competing trucks), minimum sales requirements to remain, allowing alcohol sales, who pays for trash services, standardizing prices for things like water bottles, etc?

Pace puts out a lot of content, too, but it's like trying to drink from a fire hose.

We always have a speaker and have just started providing food and drinks as well.  

This includes economists with Ph.Ds, some of whom may very well be netting $1bn and drinking with Buffett, in which case we should ask why they are posting about it on biggerpockets rather than turning that $1bn/yr into $2bn/yr.If on the West Coast, a short-term day-trading predictor that is >45% but <60% accurate is the 10 year tnote.

Essentially, you'll be "drinking from a firehose" for 27 hours, as much actual content as they can squeeze in between the upsells and the fluff.
