It is objectively not a good time to acquire Class A multifamily assets.

So I think I already passed the "house hack phase" Looking to acquire a 4 plex with my equity.

Acquire a few performing notes and just collect that mortgage monthly for the next couple of years AND they don't require half as much work as rentals.

A 1031 Exchange is also known as the Tax- Deferred Exchange, which allows the different shareholders as well as different depositors to reinvest the profits that these people had acquired as well as earned, most particularly when it comes from the different financial transactions of the property that the investor had advanced without acquiring different taxes from the government.

Sometimes the smoothest way to acquire your 2nd house hack, the conventional route could be the best.

Will it be worth trying to pay those down quicker over the next several years or use savings to try to acquire more properties via other loans? 

For me I have 3 main goals I am shooting for:1) Pay back the debt I acquired purchasing rentals this year.
