Make no mistake many full time real estate investors are facing the prospect of losing their income just the same as the bartender down the street, yet no one on this thread is accusing them of irresponsible financial decisions. 

This is VERY normal in lower priced Apts in immigrant neighborhoods.What happens is that they Landlords then are accused of being the Greedy ones, seen as charging more rent (because of the increase of utilities), allowing undocumented workers to live there in large amounts to have more rent money!

If you are suggesting he is a liar and that he is lying about his observations than that is a very different accusation than the incorrect one that he has not provided evidence.

Being said, you MUST perform a thorough screening background check equally and fair on ALL applicants the EXACT same way to avoid being accused of discrimination.
