I'd be there in my landlord clothes, and they wouldn't give me the time of day until they noticed I had accumulated half the street :) They'd go right to the realtor and I'm guessing they assumed I was his little brother tagging along for the ride?

My rule; if you are that forthcoming, you are a terrific risk ... it is the ones that hide the truth that are the problems.If I do meet with a prospect face to face, I pay close attention to how new the automobile is, the jewelry, the toys, i.e. cell phone, and the clothes - are they designer clothes.NOTE: I once read more than 50 percent of people making less than poverty level wages own a smart phone.

So, if lightning strikes and burns the entire complex down, the Master Condo policy should rebuild the building, your "Fire" policy should finish the interior of your unit (new paint, flooring, cabinets, appliances, etc.) and possibly even cover your lost rent while the premises are uninhabitable, and your tenant's "Renter's" policy should replace their flat-panel TV, sofa, bed, clothing, laptop, etc.Does the policy get taken out to the LLC or us as individuals?
