Lodger has verbally agreed to surrender premises (mailed back keys from jail) and but stated since has no living family members available, requested his security deposit back and month to month storage of personal property (passport, social security card, US Army Veteran Honorable Discharge paper, about 5 suitcases of clothing and a couple milkcrate size boxes of misc personal belongings, that's it).

I am of similar cloth in that I like to just get to the point, eliminate the fluff, and just feed on meat and potatoes when it comes to info.Bob nailed it in his last post.

They said the cost of living was high as property taxes are higher %'s upkeep of the home from extreme weather and overall higher from all the activities  that had to come up with to get out of the house clothing, entertainment , the right snow cars not mention wear and tear on the vehicles.

They think their house, their car, their clothes, all smell fine. 

Cause I bought all that stuff. when she first moved in, she only had bags of clothes, that's it.

Ideally I'd have a house on the beach and be able to wear the clothes in my line and maybe even sell some beach front property!  

There are five people who wash their clothes there. 

Just because I am wearing work clothes and ask questions does not mean I have not done my homework or don't know anything.  

Kids want it all - UA and Justice clothes, trips to Disney World and the beach every year, select sport this and that and not to mention you feel like you deserve some nice things to since you make the money.

Its a blast once you have a little buzz going just know you are going to sweat your *** off so you will need a change of clothes. we usually do the go carts too.
