So far, I'm happy to say that rent collections have been more like 95%, but I think it was still sage advice (and it may turn out that 90% for 365 days would have been more accurate).As an industry, we have to accept that this will be the new normal for perhaps another year (until treatments and vaccines are widely available), and we need to learn to get by on 85-90% of rent collections. 

@Julian Sage How do you use breezeway in your business? 

Although it is only about a 40 minute commute from Mountain Home to the Boise Airport, about all there is in between are a few truck stops and lots of sage brush.

Hosts are not rookies but they focus on offering listeners data from other new(er) investors- sometimes very sage advice from very new investors.

I think longer Covid lingers, urban flight will accelerate but how will it move once Covid is under control via a therapeutic or vaccine etc, no one knows yet.
