Ladies and Gentlemen, reviving this old thread.

There is a lady in another topic asking how can you understand the numbers for a flip and how much stuff will cost.

I looking for any personal experinaces you are willing to share with me the good and the bad not wanting to look at this investment through rose colored glasses.

I checked online and I did not find any standards/rules.The lady in the unit 2 facing the construction is working in the office most of the week and she pays a rent of $ 2750 per month;  we agree for a $ 300 rebate when we signed the lease few months ago.

It has been 35 days now and she still hasn't moved and we are kind of freaking out as time is money and the lady is not very responsive to our calls and text messages. 

Just know, its not all roses dealing with local building departments, their changing whims, and the cost/headaches of dealing with different building inspector personalities.   

I don't want to ruin this lady's credit or anything but I also don't want to get played. 

A volume business is hard to outsource to one lady that may charge less but not be as reliable, so ultimately you need a real cleaning companyThen the component that really killed me was I was outsourcing laundry.
