I understand I have some imputed but why do that... for me because I had ZERO default... and zero interest paid in one year as opposed to 5.5 % for many years is better when you compute PVM ( present value of Money) I first started doing these back in the 80's when my first Saudi client said he could not pay interest for religious reasons..

"Due on sale clause if the loan is called on a sub2 or wrap", -not likely will be called if the loan is religiously paid on time and insurance is kept up, but it is possible.There are wrap, sub2 and lease option videos on my BP Blog.And "caveat emptor" on wraps and sub2, Just because you CAN do it, (i.e. buy on a wrap or sub2) does not mean you SHOULD buy it.

Up until now I have been reading hundreds of articles over the past several months almost religiously on a daily basis and podcasts daily each way on my 45 minute commute to work (I am running out of BP podcasts and alternate with audible audiobooks).
