What I mean by that is when the appraiser goes out to the property to do the appraisal he’s going to search county records if they did any permits.

So the first seller agrees to direct title to holds the funds and when you close on that purchase you record a new note for the first seller on the second home.

Some investors received a note this week saying he filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.He also has a new eviction on his record after refusing to leave a property he was renting.Even after multiple formal complaints to the RE board about his fraudulent activity, he somehow still has his license and active home listings.Posting this update so hopefully anyone looking to work with him, now or in the future, can see the type of person he is.

You are like many others who are getting started and unfortunately your generation is screwed because of the amount of spending is older generations have done and put the debt on you which also has led to record inflation.All you can do now is plan for the future and don’t force things but invest wisely when the time is right.
