Who knows... maybe it's overkill, but I feel better know there's a brand new outlet with no loose connections on it.

The bathroom is a nice size already so extending the bathroom out into that awkwardly placed bedroom would be overkill in my opinion.

@Matt A.When you sign the documents you will have to sign your name as trustee/ authorized signatory etc etcPersonally 99% of the population has no idea how to look up who owns what and unless your a famous athlete or someone who has paparazzi following you it’s typically overkill.

There's nothing wrong per se with the standard contract, but it seems like a bit of overkill and more for someone buying a home, although we have included specific assignment-friendly wording so that it's inline with legal, etc.Or should I let it play out and then hope that the multiple riders and references in the standard contract will work with the objective?

That said, buying brand-new appliances seems like overkill.

Quickbook’s little brother Quicken is overkill for 20 properties and it costs $50. 

Is charging first months rent, last months rent, and security deposit overkill?
