Needless to say, I've done some digging around those communities and i'm generally interested in what i'm seeing BUT I just don't know enough.

So needless to say I passed.

Needless to say, the place is destroyed. 

If someone has not viewed your place you can simply call them and tell them it was rented.A few years back I had a tenant who viewed my place, wanted it but did not have any type of deposit They  would get back to me in a few days Needless to say a new tenant showed up gave a deposit and I rented to them.

Needless to say, I have never gone more than one year between inspections and just because a tenant pays rent does not mean they are taking care if the property!

Needless to say, I have been fighting that same battle.

Needless to say after doing everything I could after 2 and 1/2 years of fighting it off I filed.

Aside from it being a short sale and I am sure some of you know how difficult these can be, what was even more so challenging was that this property had tenants, the seller lives in Hawaii, US Bank is think is located in the mid west and my Buyer, wasn't a direct relationship but through a whole seller. needless to say thing did not go as planned, but the bright spot is simply this...

Seems like a needless recurring expense if he has a high enough salary to avoid it. 

Needless to say she way thrilled!
