This is a fundamental difference from most agents.

Strong economic fundamentals often correlate with increased demand for rental properties.

Despite economic fluctuations, the fundamental need for residences, whether for living or investment purposes, continues to drive the market forward.

Do I need to go be apart of a real estate firm as a part time job for a year or so and get knowledge of all the paperwork and fundamentals involved?

That just seems like a fundamentally broken system.

I think assuming growth is linear is also a fundamental flaw in valuation.

Remember fundamentals like choosing a desirable market and keeping some money in a highly liquid option as reserves like a high interest savings account that should be about 4-5% currently.

I think that's the fundamental difference in our thinking.
