The rents even in the mountains in a double wide (finished nicely, ie: tile, bamboo engineered flooring, french doors, large windows, some sky lights) will fetch 1700 to 2000 rents.

I have a good one, we did a sailboat day with this old French couple in the Riviera.

He is trying to charge extra for work they underbid to put in French doors, a water heater "broke" as they were raising the height of it up to code...I would accept the cost of a new one but not sure how it is my responsibility for labor to put it in since they had to do so anyways and no one wants to claim responsibility for it "breaking"?

@Joe P. you need a french drain it sounds like.

French Literature may be fun and interesting, but when push comes to shove you aren't going to make a living with it.

Cheaper solution might be finding out where the water is coming from on the outside and then create a French Drain around the perimeter of the house.

There is also a french drain system that is completely clogged up that we will have to clean out.
