Hi all...without calling a broker for a quote on every property that I am trying to analyze, how can I arrive a fair average for the insurance?

We arrived on Saturday 12/23, the apartment is very cute at first glance.

I recovered in time for the home inspection and arrived and it was a nice duplex, side by side 3 story identical 3/1 each side.

Also, analyze how they arrived at their projections.

Police take 45 minutes to arrive so crime here is through the roof.

I hope to find others who may have felt a bit lost at times during their journey and how they redirected their focus back into the game to expand their AUM.BACKGROUND:I am now father of 3 (teens and tween) and have worked hard just about every day of my life since I arrived in the US at about 12.

I also posted, open faced, the notice of the rental increase on their front door.Question:  the certified mail still hasn't arrived, and it has been 12 days since I mailed it, and now 6 days late for the mailed notice. 

They will pay more to know for sure they have a place when they and their family arrive.

I believe that the confusion arrives (especially in the suburbs) when you have code enforcement officers that aren’t very good at their job or well versed in the code and they don’t catch this requirement.

Can we go in after we give a 24 hour notice and when we arrive they are not there and they to avoid us?
