I recently found out that there could be 30-35 units that are currently vacant out of a possible 92.

I feel like I have a decent understanding of the landscape and recently found a property that really seems to be a good fit.

I recently found myself in an interesting scenario where myself and a seller are battling over an earnest money deposit due to differing views on the definition of a mortgage financing contingency.

Out of the 9, 2 were troublesome that I’ve just gotten straightened out recently.

I have thought about renting out the house once we move, but the numbers aren’t great so I will most likely sell.I recently found a 4 unit property on Craigslist in Marquette for $315,000.

If it doesn't increase in value when the time comes and I do want to sell it (I plan to hold this one for possibly decades), I've just paid down thousands and thousands on this loan on someone else's dime.I'm not gonna give out any more personal information or hints at what this property might be.

I have sort of drifted a bit and most recently found myself delving into the FIRE community but always come back to RE.

I've just sold my 2nd home, and my wife & I are beginning a new chapter in our lives in Charlotte, NC this summer.
