Even if that doesn't happen it sounds like flood insurance will get really expensive based on the chance of that happening.A friend that used to live in Cali said with cliff type areas a rise in seawater will not impact as much as the beaches.I know the rising water for a big impact is a long time off but it seems risky also with earthquakes and fault line.I am just an outsider looking in though.

If you use Redfin for your RE search, it will usually tell you the space rental.Personally, I wouldn't feel safe in earthquake/landslide country in a manufactured home, but that's just me.

All States have downsides reasons why not to invest, for example, if we're to analyze Oregon it has natural disasters often like California such as earthquakes, wildfires, mudslides, volcanic eruptions, and deadly floodings from rain or tidal waves from the Pacific Ocean.
