Hi @Krystle Little I'm not sure how effective it is on the phone, but the tag feature is a little awkward at first.

Construction tends to leave rooms at least an inch off in some places, so you end up with awkward gaps or the cabinet doesn't fit by half an inch in your space.

@Rachel Gill I like to do 'lite-staging'...which I think is a good alternative to full staging. 

Many people feel awkward dealing and negotiating directly with people, especially investors as in many cases investors and agents are still looked upon as greedy people only trying to take advantage of people, which we all know is not the case.

The flow is a bit awkward but we won't be changing it.
