I am in Pinellas County as well and lately Holiday and Crystal River has been a hot spot.

You're going to have AWS, ADS, Meta, all these data center giants fighting tooth and nail against the power grids across the country when we're already showing a great deal of vulnerability.

Not having looked at the figures, I'd bet it's much more profitable than in New York given the property prices there, notwithstanding the legal issues.Getting back to what I'm doing, the unemployment rate in Spain has absolutely nothing to do with our profitability, which is dependent on visitors from wealthier countries continuing to spend their holidays in the Costa del Sol and the constraints to further development (and competition).

A lot of work was delayed due to tenants moving out right before the holidays/new year and unavailability of some materials. 

Raise your prices on weekends and holidays, just check the comps in your area now and then for a baseline.
