In Germany we have subsequent contract clause in orginal lease contracts.So if original contract expires, the subsequent clause is active then if not cancelled of one of the two parties (landlord or tenant) with 60 day notice before original contract will expire.Cancel of original contract = tenant move out of unit.

As for entry costs, we do have some up front costs, but we are not as expenseive as Germany for example.  

Although I was still taking time of an in Germany at the time, I couldn't pass up a deal that lands in my lap!
