So, who knows what would happen if it actually went in front of a judge.Btw, the funniest thing was, this attorney represents the brokerage we are using to handle our transactions (our agent originally referred us to him to get this question answered so that isn't a coincidence), and when he found out that we were handling all our transactions through this brokerage, he flipped out and told the head broker that he was concerned that the brokerage was at risk handling our transactions (again, he felt our business was just a scam).
Francois D. Equity build up rather than Cash Flow, why not?

'Cash is King' as it shows health in a business.Sure there is interest over the long haul, however aiming for equity build up over an extended period like 15 years could coincide with a market crash and as they have said 'you cant eat equity"
