The location is on a bustling 2 lane highway, which is muted inside the home yet quite noisy outside the home, especially on the front decks. 

Some areas there are very rural, and others are convenient to more bustling areas, and that can make a big difference.

It's not like it's a bustling city so you're naturally only going to have a certain number of people wanting to retire , vacation or live there. 

I am looking into a possible deal for some vacant land in Carrollwood/Egypt Lake area.

My husband is Egyptian, in fact this past Monday we just returned from a visit to Egypt, I just absolutely loved it now I have rested and it's time to get to work.I have always been interested in Real Estate, and am now beginning to take my career a bit more seriously.  

Commercial areas (Germantown Ave/Greene St.) seem depressed at the moment, but it's easy to imagine more bustling streets with nicer retail, restaurants and bars. 

We go hunting down there about halfway between you and that bustling metropolis of Rocksprings.

Most people would think that being in seattle would offer the best opportunities for appreciation, but our little retirement farm town is turning into a retirement retreat for people in the Seattle area who want to avoid city taxes and the hustle and bustle.

Some blocks are wastelands and every house is falling down, others seem to be bustling with activity.

Go to Panama, Colombia, Thailand, Egypt, and maybe another country or two and  scope the environment and if I see a growth bustling community.
