Full guts of the bathrooms, replacing all fixtures, throwing modern tile finishes for the tub/shower, new vanity, new cabinets in the kitchen, island, new stainless-steel appliances, new flooring throughout, new recess lighting, and likely new siding on the property to give it a more freshened pop for when it goes back on the market.

You can filter by bedroom/bathroom count, square footage, year built, acres, room features, construction materials, parking features, proximity to the subject property, sold within the past six months, fixtures, etc.

Be sure to swap out lighting … that is a huge mistake of many who forget that lighting, door hardware, bathroom fixtures also need to have that “next level” look.

You will need to know how many toilets and other fixtures dump into the tank.I would be very careful in regards to the information you get from plumbers and take your time.You probably need a pump that costs about $500.

I think we need to do more to help the make our little part of the world better-help those who are less fortunate and struggling to have a better life even if it is something that may seem minor to you or make someone's day better (buy the person behind you in a line up a cup of coffee, shovel someone's sidewalk in the winter).  

If the water heater is leaking one cup a minute and going down the drain, they can shut it off or monitor it until Monday.
