They've done multiple video preentations of their company.I'm surprised though that there is a complete dearth of reviews, articles, comments about them except for their own maketing material.Did either of you go with them?

When I first joined I dove into the forum section of BP & binge watched a ton of Youtube Videos. 

They even showed us a TED Talk video and asked us to write down "Before I die, I will..."

I charge a really high fee and require the tenant to carry bite insurance.Inspections are done on a schedule and always recorded with pictures and/or video.

I've been watching Chad Carson's videos and his approach of accumulating more properties than you need, then start using that income to pay off mortgages and cull the lower performing properties makes sense to me. 

Be aware you will start getting requests from law enforcement and neighbors to view videos.
