Do either of these documents meaningfully address concerns about a buyer's ability to close a deal?

I built a list and skip traced 750 addresses.

Just enter the address of whatever property you're looking at and the site calculates the market rents 

Don’t laugh at my teenage email address. 😂 

Even if you don't feel you have enough info to give me directional advice, how would you go about deciding whether to address the problem?  

I hate having to force someone to address that but I've caught this person in numerous lies.

Addressing their concerns and being transparent with them is crucial.

Not gonna give address's here because not trying to market them here, just pointing out reality that when your a 24-7 professional "hunter", you tend to know where the deer are all but on demand. 

Why does Grocapitus and MultiFamilyU or any other Neal company not have any contact address on website?
