She tends to take several days before she finally requests a contractor to go out and see the property to make a quote, and then another week before the contractor submits their quotes.  

They are an amazing value at almost 40% of stick built cost and are built extremely well these days.  

If they can and are willing to provide ACCEPTABLE proof of their hardship, we may give then a few extra days (not weeks) at a step in the process.There is some merit to Jeff's claim that he is doing the work of 5 people - but, it won't take 90 days to go through everything.

Title cleared and we were closed in 8 days.

From that day I had 3 months to buy a multifamily.
