It's a steal!The

I had a friend about 2 or 3 years ago that had a tenant steal the furnace and sell it for scrap.

This addresses the concern that prospective visitors have an easier opportunity to steal the tenant's property.While the lease may give the landlord the right to make the tenant's life miserable, the above are reasonable accommodations that the landlord can offer the tenant to show that they are sincerely trying to work with the tenant to show respect for the privacy, safety, and other concerns that tenants have.

I would argue that the clock for adverse possession has started ticking for your tenants, if anyone at all, and not you.some of this law can be pretty complicated.. we are doing one right now were we know the person is passed the known heir has the let the properties go to pot .. and we are petitioning to have our attorney to take over control of the assets then sell them off.. now no one can steal the assets but they can be sold for fair market value and since these are tear downs and really rough stuff there can be some favorable pricing.

Not only are thieves less likely to try to steal the property to begin with, but you'll have a trustee asking if you've signed a deed to someone else.

What you don't want is for the thieves to steal the recording unit.

I also know people with even bigger trophies that paid very little, they do it by scouting then getting to go hunt a month sooner and ON FOOT with stealth and put in productive time to hone the skill of a bow.
