Everytime we use the incredibly old gas stove, the knobs fall off and they are clearly not the knobs that were originally on the stove.

This gives you a basis to break out a refigerator, stove, microwave, etc. :)

Have you considered buying a used stove?

LG makes a good sized narrow washer, and someone else has a narrow dryer.For example, once when I put a new dishwasher in another kitchen, the Maytag guy insisted on a wall between the dishwasher and the stove it was next to. 

As a result, the oven/stove had to be removed, our kitchen cabinets pulled and the entire kitchen flooring has to be redone.

hello all , my tenant called me and said that he smelled gas while using the stove and it set off the carbon monoxide alarm.

A new stainless steel stove, microwave, and dishwasher have also been installed.

One unit does need a refrigerator and stove, all other units are already equipped with those items.

All electric stoves, heating cooling , and water heater .

There's a small area where there used do be a wood stove chimney going through it that I'll have to fix up, so that should give me a good opportunity to check out what's under them.
