Any reader needs to look in to the specific state they are operating in or where they plan to deploy the exemption to verify they qualify.

I'm sure it will be inspirational for many readers who think it can't be that simple.  

Clearly no need to beat a dead horse and you have already made the informed and intelligent decision to deny, however, for all readers, the lesson here is two fold.1.

Everything is written in reference to something other than what the reader is currently reading.We live in an age where knowledge abounds.

All feeling is assumed by the reader and is usually 99% of the time wrong.

RCG is not the threat however, the CFPB and many other agencies are.The meetings I attend with the CFPB and others are enough to either:anger one - maybe not you as you are a believer in more regulation;scare one silly - this could apply to all of us, including you.As readers of our complementary newsletter know (I believe that includes Marc) I just came back from a national meeting that included representatives from the CFPB, a number of representatives of state AG offices, and a number of consumer advocacy groups.

Chris Clothier - I agree, I have been an active reader on here awhile.

I'm more of a reader then a poster with my 12yr old writing style, but I've felt this dilemma myself.The conclusion I came to is, there's no right or wrong as long as your following the laws in your location.

I see that the Mentions email that button takes the reader to the post with the mention, however, the Alerts email takes the user to the Alerts list.
