Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator.So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

@Joe Villeneuve The house would be completely paid off upfront, so they only REFI I think I would be able to do is a Cash-Out Refi if I'm not mistaken?

My understanding, correct me if I'm mistaken, is that Texas is a tax lien state, not a tax deed state.

I made a mistaken assumption that once the auction started the required bid increment set at the beginning would remain the same.

Hopefully he is mistaken. 

I mistakenly thought it was taken care of and a title insurance policy I received on a different unimproved lot was for this one.
