People who are searching (and are connected online) have an infinite number of chances to find others to compete for their item due to competitive pressure. 

Small banks that are portfolio lenders or that shelf their own loans are easiest to work with in my opinion.

I also drive a Lincoln 'Executive Limo' (mine) black, of course, and a Lexus Hybrid (hers)...and a 'beater of the month' to go downtown to the DMV and Courthouse in and not care because I don't have to 'back down' or otherwise worry about the infinite number of jerks downtown who just as soon see you crash & burn.

The exception is I have a tiny cottage that a tub would make the bathroom awkward so it just has a shower.Not sure about your spacing but if you have room to build that wall and shelf it or something that would get your tub away from the window.

This could go on infinitely... 

I have other things in my office standard wall calendar, small wall mounted book shelf, degrees, and some Frank Lloyd Wright/Architectural Prints/Photos, but I want to declutter them and focus my office envelope into more purposeful, motivational, and task oriented. 

This is why using other people’s money is amazing because any investment deal that you have no money down on but still cash flows even a little bit yields an infinite cash-on-cash return for you.

I personally probably would not fix the gutter issue or the broken shelf in the fridge, assuming water is not dripping above an entrance and the shelf is not that bad. 

People come to Las Vegas and see the vast open desert around Las Vegas and assume that there is infinite land for expansion.

Taking policy loans and investing is essentially what infinite banking is.I load up quite a bit and take the loan right after to invest.
