Im excited to see what type of impact this could have in areas currently overrun with drug use and if areas previously hit hard by heroin and other drugs will see a drop off in usage/ hospitalizations.I had discussed with some friends if maybe the lawmakers looked at MI dispensery records to see the number of Ohio licenses being scanned in to see if they could determine voter sentiment before proposing the bill.

You might need to do some research on this, but calculate the heat exchange rate of the apartments based on the material construction (each material has a heat resistance value), room volume (sqft x height), efficiency of the furnace (typically listed with unit but can be calculated with the nat gas/elec usage over the output of the furnace which is definitely listed.

Obviously if the electric usage is less than that on average then it doesn't make sense and the previous homeowner installed 'too much' solar.

Typical US usage is 80-100 gallons/day/person but our households where WSG is still included are well over that.Now I prefer the utilities to be in their name, so they can see and understand the cost better.
