Profit Sharing plan along side the 401k?

What's been great is absolutely no hiccups on my end even with COVID. 

The more properties, equity, and rents that you can collect; the easier it should be if you have a hiccup in your operations. 

Response was "Just a little hiccup and things are fine now."

Besides this weird hiccup, everything else has been going smoothly.

It is a fixable problem in the long term, so long as you have the reserves to make it through the short term hiccup.

(make those pillars stand out - two tone paint maybe)plant some seasonal plants along side of walk away and by bricks removing the left bush and if you have the money change that front door as well. 

I'll also be pursuing my appraisal license in case things ever get slow to produce income.I am willing to help anyone in SD County, but I'm looking to focus primarily on the local area, east of San Diego.I have a relatively large SOI due to community involvement in the past, probably about 1500 friends and associates who I've personally worked alongside in the past, so I'd really like to tap into that.
