With a track record like yours, I'm sure people would trust you to manage a deal or two.....the management fees you earn from syndicating could allow you to quit your day job and focus full time on real estate quicker than a few years.I've heard of the word syndication but never even contemplated it or looked up what it is. 

🤣🙌Don't bother going down the "what is an asset, what is a liability" rabbit hole with him, I've been there and it will leave you pulling your hair out in clumps and weeping for humanity while contemplating if being one of the first people on a rocket to colonize Mars would be such a bad thing.

I had no idea he was contemplating a move.There's just no telling where that deal's going to be hiding.

Which got me to heavily contemplating this past week, why don't I just pick up the phone instead of jumping through all of these hoops/spending so much money mailing?

Unfortunately again, no equity, and the margin was just not there to even contemplate flipping (for the end buyer).
