Even with the lower property taxes, you can't cashflow anywhere near as well as you can in Texas buying in Boise or Provo.

Then it was designated as wetlands & the value of the land dropped to zip & they are now stuck with it including taxes based on an inflated assessment.But on the positive side the 39 acres immediately behind us, that was sold for $2mill for a huge subdivision, was subsequently designated as wetlands so they cannot build on it but it's great for breeding mosquitoes.

However, if the conference is in the morning and you arrive the prior day you can in essence bring yourself there the day before to stay the night instead of taking a red eye.Also, there is a different thread discussing the next Summit.
