What's that Warren Buffet quote:"Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful."

Sometimes we hold an open house to meet them in person (I know it sounds so 1995).We mark the properties up between $20 - $40K only without getting greedy and turn a few per week in each market never lifting a hammer. 

The stupid, lazy, greedy agent reaches in and quickly grabs 2.5-3% of the money, stuffs it in his pocket and with a big, moronic smile on his dumb face, congratulates himself for another closed escrow and thinks he's making a killing.

Investing requires that you use your money and hold, mortgage investing is not like stocks with day traders.

He'll come over and automatically say that he doesn't see anything majorly wrong even though he knows inside it's bad workmanship.I just sense all these contractors are just either getting more greedy or they are feeling the pinch. 

This is one reason most of it is owned outright and is almost an untouchable sacred cow for greedy politicians.  

Maybe I'm greedy or spoiled?
