IMO, the root cause is that lay people think they can draft a "simple" right of first refusal.

This is not a professional letter or nothing this is just what I see with my eyes and my root attach to this island.

These new companies also provide Ohio State graduates an extra incentive to put down roots in Columbus once they hit the job market.

Focus on your roots, and you will bear fruit. $8k is ok but not great.

Or, they know the job they are taking is somewhat short term so they don't want to put down roots.  

If we want to move to Ontario, we will have to completely re-root our lives and careers.

You'll get many tenants who are families just moving into San Antonio due to PCSing or a job transfer and looking for an affordable option while they get rooted.
