I never post questions, just answers and still I feel I need to tip toe re giving a contractor referral  by name and number.  

People would rather dream of something big, dip their toes in it, and later have regret then go big and capture what they ultimately want.

However, I honestly wouldn't care if a realtor was covered in head to toe, so long as he was able to bring me some deals.

This would allow me to dip my toe into real estate investing, it would be a buy and hold, take advantage of historically low interest rates, and buy in a good market. 

The building is a 6000 sq ft warehouse that is gutted from head to toe no electricity, plumbing, heating/cooling etc.

We are greenhorns and looking to get educated, but are also excited to "jump in feet first buck naked" as Brandon would say...no toe-dipping.We look forward to networking with people on BP and are hoping to gain some knowledge, training, and tools that we can use to become wealthy, help others, and create a legacy that we can pass on to our children.Have a blessed day!

I think some anxiety is a good thing…keeps you on your toes and thinking sharp, but at the same time you have to trust you instinct and make it happen.FHA owner occupied multifamily is a great way to start out with little cash down, and if you close early in the month you get a big check and don’t have to pay your first mortgage payment for 2 months!
