Any remote workers without roots in the city found it advantageous to get a NYC salary at a Buffalo cost of living

The rooter man pulled back spidery roots 90 feet out at the tap and it was assumed that caused the backup and he said material from the back up can flow back to the drain and plug it.The reason we didn't open the floor drain iron grate was because our efforts to do so did not work.

Some places you visit and afterwards, you can't find enough soap to make you feel better.

That I said.....there is a part of me that wishes that I DID go to college.....there are somethings that have seemed to take me 10 years longer to learn, that in my mind I should have learned during that time period.....it took me quite a while to realize that I could learn anything I wanted immediately if I just applied myself and "Figured it out" as I like to say.Didn't mean to get on soap box...and hope I didn't offend anyone.....I just know very few people whose investment in college paid off for them (other than drs, lawyers, etc).....most are still in debt, and have changed fields in the long run..becase nobody knows what they are gonna do with their life at that point in their life anyhow!!

There is fighting and winning going on at the grass roots level.

And turnover is the root of all evil when it comes to buy/hold investing.Make it right.

But if you want to grow roots and become part of the community and grow some equity in a home, then purchasing would probably be the way to go.Just remember Rich Dad, your home is not an asset,  but I used an equity line of credit to purchase real estate.
