A college education is in no way, shape, or form obsolete.Anyone who thinks he has it all figured out when he's 18 -- and this comes from someone who had it all figured out when he was 18 -- is a fool.Even if you think you're going to be an entrepreneur who will never apply for a job in his life (and good luck with that), you will still need a resume to impress lenders, investors, partners, etc.

From a distance, a lot of things can look good but if you have friends in the industry .. you can find out exactly how robust people are.If I were them, I would have only one factory (as part of the main company) to prove out the model and the economics and then raise a lot of money at very favorable terms from VCs and PEs.

Other way to look at it is there ANY new construction if there is none then lots have zero value.Now go to flip side  houses in good areas of A and B with robust infill building and houses selling for 200 a foot and up.. can be built for 100 to 150 a foot this leaves some room for residual land value.when buying lots a rule of thumb depending on the area is if a new house will sell for X then the lot value is 1/3 rd to 1/5th of the total value and work math backwards..
